For an item to be scheduled or placed on a Town of Ottawa Plan Commission agenda, ten (10) copies of the materials for all agenda items must be submitted to the Town Hall, in addition to the copy submitted to the Town Planner at her office in Waukesha. In addition, for all agenda items the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT FORM must be completed and submitted, and for some items, a meeting with the Town Planner is required. For items that require application with the Waukesha County Planning and Zoning Division, please contact the Planner of the Day:
