a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - noon

For an item to be scheduled
or placed on a Town of Ottawa Plan Commission agenda, ten (10) copies of the
materials for all agenda items must be submitted to the Town Hall, in addition
to the copy submitted to the Town Planner at her office in Waukesha. In
addition, for all agenda items the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT
FORM must be completed and submitted, and for some items, a meeting with
the Town Planner is required. For items that require application with the
Waukesha County Planning and Zoning Division, please contact the Planner of the

anonymous complaints. If you would like
to make a complaint, we would like to know your name, address, telephone
number, and what the complaint is regarding.
You can call the Town Hall with that information, at (262) 965-3228, or
you can email that information to Lgeyman@tn.ottawa.wi.gov and someone from the Town Board or
Town staff will respond to you within one week.
