REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – LAWN MOWING SERVICES
The Town of Ottawa, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, is seeking proposals for lawn mowing services for the 2026 season. Services include routine mowing and trimming at the following locations:
- Town Hall
- Town Park
- Town Cemetery
- Boat Launch
Interested contractors must be insured and experienced in municipal or commercial lawn care.
Proposal documents and specifications are available by contacting the Town Clerk at (262) 965-3228 or visiting www.tn.ottawa.wi.gov.
Proposals must be received no later than August 29, 2025 at the Town Hall, W360S3337 State Road 67, Dousman, WI 53118.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the Town.

Proposed 2025 Road Improvements –
Town of Ottawa
- Project Locations: Parry Road, Ridgeway Drive, and North School Section Lake Road.
- Construction to start Mid-June, 2025.
- Construction to end in July, 2025.
- Planned Construction Process:
-Erosion Control and Traffic Control installation
-Tree trimming and brush de-grubbing (Interstate Trees)
-Pulverizing of roadway surfaces and removal of grassed islands.
-Ditching and Excavating as needed.
-Proof Roll of roadway surface.
-Final paving of roadways
- Property owners who utilize private waste collection contractors:
- Coordinate waste pickup with contracted waste collection companies while construction is being completed.

For an item to be scheduled or placed on a Town of Ottawa Plan Commission agenda, ten (10) copies of the materials for all agenda items must be submitted to the Town Hall, in addition to the copy submitted to the Town Planner at her office in Waukesha. In addition, for all agenda items the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REIMBURSEMENT FORM must be completed and submitted, and for some items, a meeting with the Town Planner is required.
